Ashwin Pienaar Advocate & legal Consultant- is a small, dynamic and multi-faceted law firm. As a sole proprietorship the firm continues to grow in reputation for providing proficient legal advise and solution-centric strategies. The firm is duly registered with the Legal Practice Council and holds a Fidelity Fund Certificate in compliance with the Legal Practice Act. A distinguishing attribute of the firm is our uncompromising integrity and passion for excellence. We are committed to giving our clients objective, honest and personalised advise. We promptly, diligently and properly execute all mandates given to us by our clients. As an advocate the firm represents parties in trials (criminal and civil) by presenting evidence and arguing in support of its clients.
